My Philosophy
Many men grow up learning to silence their emotions or "tough it out," but that doesn’t make us stronger. It can leave them feeling isolated, misunderstood, and stuck in cycles that harm relationships, as well as themselves. My work focuses helping men reconnect with their emotional truth, develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, and build connections that go beyond the surface. Working together to replace old patterns with compassion, confidence, and the courage to show up fully—for yourself and the people you care about.

Core Values:
-
Authenticity - Be brave enough to be present in life as your true self. You are worthy of respect and acceptance even with your faults.
-
Compassion - Cultivate kindness and patience for yourself and others.
-
Growth - Be accountable for your mistakes and the pain you've caused others. Put in the work to do better next time.
-
Connection - Build and maintain relationships rooted in respect, trust, and empathy.

About Me
I am far from perfect, but I continue to grow as a husband, father, brother, son, friend, and community member. I've been through big life transitions such as becoming a dad, getting divorced, remarrying, grieving the death of a loved one, and changing careers. I believe in people's inherent potential, as well as their ability to change. Let's work together to get you where you want to be.
When not working, I like to spend time with my spouse Leslie, teenager Lilly, plus our two dogs, Nugget and Maeve. I am a musician and songwriter, which is an essential creative outlet in my life since my teen years. I love listening to music, going to concerts, viewing art, reading poetry, watching sci-fi movies, going kayaking, and riding my bike.
